The role will be working as a Product Manager at the company's head office in West Sussex. Our client is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to develop a long-term career within their business. The focus of this role is to identify, develop and launch new Diabetes Management Solutions that deliver targeted levels of growth and profitability. Essential Requirements: Strong product management experience specifically within healthcare IT, healthcare software and data management. Good knowledge of Windows Operating system at admin level. Basic knowledge of networking. Basic knowledge of SQL database. Skills to analyse a technical problem. Knowledge of system integrations, interfaces would be desirable. Role Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate opportunities utilising existing and newly created partnerships, programs, services and enabling technologies that are suitable for the UK market. Be the Subject Matter Expert for all current and future platforms being the point of contact for all relevant local, Regional and Global queries and projects. Develop and lead sales and training initiatives for DMS including producing sales, marketing and adhoc support materials within an allocated budget. Work with the wider team to own the technology aspect of developing new business models and opportunities for growth within the Diabetes Care market. Develop an integrated sales and marketing DMS plan and tactical action plans, through liaison with the relevant sales and leadership teams. To maintain and enhance the professional image of the Business Unit and the company with internal personnel and customers. In conjunction with Line Management and/or colleagues initiate and act upon a personal development plan. Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to. Maintain individual skills and technical knowledge to Company standards. Coach and mentor team members so that they have the skills and competencies to perform effectively. Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood by the team and adhered to. To provide technical support to technical team of call centre if they are unable to support certain patient cases. Provide technical support to hospitals installations, for server upgrades, or new product launches/pilot-projects. Work with Global product teams to make the product suitable to UK requirements.
