A fantastic opportunity is available for the right candidate, within our Pensions Department.
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.30-5.30
£16,000 pro rata

Skills required for the Quality Control Adviser

  • Previous experience in a financial sales environment is highly desirable
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Exceptional organisation skills.
  • Methodical approach
  • You must be able to work independently.
  • You MUST be able to prioritise your own workload.
  • You MUST have the ability to provide constructive feedback on calls listened to, which will assist in adviser development.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Time Management is crucial.
  • Focused call listening.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Be prepared to work as a team, covering sickness/workload/holidays.
  • Customer service skills which allow you to liaise with clients and financial providers.

Role and responsibilities

  • Work daily tasks that involve chasing both clients and providers for paperwork.
  • Saving of documents and providing audit trails.
  • Ensuring cases are worked correctly and closed down correctly.
  • Adhere to companies set standards
  • Able to identify key characteristics in line with business expectations – such as empathy, professionalism & appropriate language
  • Liaising with department team leader to achieve KPI’s
