Employer Description You'll be working for an International Marketing organisation who work alongside leading brands, employing 800 experts worldwide. Job description The Quality Executive Apprentice will provide support to the Head of Excellence. The function oversees quality compliance within procurement outsourcing and is a key function for our client. Reporting to the Head of Excellence, the job role will provide support in terms of developing and complying with policies, operating procedures and ongoing quality management. You will be working closely with the Head of Excellence to assist in the overall maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continued certification to ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Main Duties - Develop policies and operating procedures to cover the end to end procurement processes - Maintain the supplier relationship management database to ensure accuracy - Process and maintain supplier and internal audit documentation - Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) relating to quality - Manage and improve document control activities including: change control process, record retention and training matrix - Support periodic management reviews Qualities/ requirements - Experience of developing or reviewing documentation in a regulated environment - Highly numerate - Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and equivalents (particularly Excel) - Attention to detail - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience of working in medium or large company during degree course preferred - Inquisitive and commercially aware Qualifications A Levels in ICT/Business/Computing Or an Apprenticeship in a similar subject (this must be at least the level below the planned programme) Or an International Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT Or a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits) For any City and Guilds programmes the learner must be 18 on the first day of their apprenticeship Other Important Information Working days/hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm Salary - £14,000-£20,000 depending on age and experience
