We are looking for a Smart Campaign Executive, within our Marketing department to be based at our Newstead Court office in Nottingham Smart Campaign Executive Smart Campaign Executive

Right now we’re looking for a confident and resilient Campaign Executive to join our Marketing Team, helping to deliver creative, innovative and effective end-to-end communications for our customers.

Working with the Smart Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in assisting the delivery of the Smart Communication plan. You’ll work with a range of teams to make this happen; from our internal campaign, digital and customer journey communications teams, to our external creative, media and digital agencies. You’ll also liaise with regulations team ensuring all of our communications are compliant and in line with our brand guidelines.

Finally, you’ll use your reporting and learning from previous campaigns to improve future performance of campaign delivery and Deliver communications and digital journey improvements to optimise our Smart customer journeys.

Required profile:

What we need from you:

•A combination of through–the-line marketing communications skills, commercial and digital technical skills to bring customer centric concepts to reality.
•A knowledge of the big picture whilst be being confident and competent working in the detail.
•Organised with experience of managing multiple pieces of work simultaneously.
•Experience of co-ordinating a number of different business areas and different priorities, so tenacity, resilience and strong negotiation skills are essential.
•The ability to develop and maintain good relationships at all levels internally and externally.
•Adaptable to change, learn quickly and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you had:

•Knowledge of the utilities market.
•Practical experience of Digital Content publishing using Content Management System.
•Social publishing and listening experience.
•Demonstrable Google analytics knowledge and ability.
