We are currently recruiting for a market leading Healthcare Services organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Clinical Services Design Pharmacist. This exciting role will be based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The focus of this role is to improve the design of materials and processes for new and existing services that will deliver the requirements for customers and internal operational processes. Essential Requirements: To have knowledge in data protection legislation and all relevant clinical guidelines. Medical writing skills. Leadership and training skills. Ideally ABPI qualified. A current driving licence with no more than 6 points. Role Responsibilities: Set and maintain the highest levels of professional conduct whilst representing the company. Contribute toward the service design planning process for new services and current service upgrades. Research clinical and treatment guidelines to create service delivery materials and compile educational resource for field based clinical pharmacist use. Ensure services are designed to deliver clinical value, meet client and account lead expectations and adhere to company policy in relation to clinical and information governance and all relevant accountable authorities i.e. ABPI code of compliance. Identify and correct areas of underperformance/improvement within the bounds of our protocols, working practices and systems. Deliver training sessions at Induction Training with new staff and at off site staff training events. Liaise with and support internal and external client account leads, head office operations team, compliance and governance leads to work effectively. Liaise with the Head of Clinical Services to ensure services deliver outcomes in accordance with company strategy and account lead specification. Stay abreast of the latest changes to the ABPI code of practice, data protection legislation and all relevant clinical guidelines. Act in a professional manner always and fulfil any other duties which may be required to benefit the company.
