We are currently looking to engage with a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to support our successful eCommerce team. As Website Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance & growth of the Thorntons brand online as part of the retail experience team. You will support the effective execution of the online trading plan through website merchandising, product content management and the administration of promotional and other trading activities. The main responsibilities of the role will be as follows;

Timely, accurate end-to-end product setup & configuration and proactive Website content management.Timely management of trading promotions, multi-buys and discount codes. Ensuring all are functioning correctly and are communicated correctly to all stakeholders. Maintenance of existing product information including imagery, effective merchandising & pricing.Daily monitoring of website, order health status & responding to contact centre / factory queries. Troubleshooting website and order issues, applying fixes where required. Support the Content Manager & Front End Developer in website administration activities.Support front-end website development improvements, and contribute to the development of campaign pages, working with Search Manager on search terms.Support Qubit A/B test execution.You will have experience of website content management systems, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formally Demandware) or similar, with strong knowledge of HTML & CSS. Ideally you will have experience in digital visual merchandising principles & online shopper behaviour. With a keen attention to detail you will possess excellent computer skills across the full office suite with a good understanding of website browsers. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong experience of Google Analytics and a desire to learn and explore new technologies.
