Have you come from a Credit Control/ Customer Service background, where you’ve used your own initiative to help customers? Are you looking for a position to utilise your excellent telephone manner skills? Well this could be the perfect role for you!

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Credit Control Assistant to join our Primalow Credit Control department, based in Birmingham. You will be working within a dedicated team of six, where you will be managing and maintaining one of our largest Key Accounts. You will be focused, self motivated team player who will assist in the achievement of allocating all payments and ensuring all overdue balances are cleared. You will utilise your customer service skills on a daily basis and we will support you in developing your financial knowledge.

Duties include:

  • Ensure tight debt collection controls are maintained and procedures are followed
  • Manage account maintenance

    Chasing outstanding payments and processing card payments

    Liaising with Area Sales Managers, customers and internal sales to resolve queries

    Reconciling major customer accounts

    Providing support to your Credit Control Supervisor/Manager when required
