The Education Specialists (TES) are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school based in the South Manchester area.
The school is an OFSTED ‘Requires improvement’ School with ‘Good’ behaviour and welfare within school. The school are looking for an English teacher to start after half term initially till Christmas and potentially till the end of the academic year.
We are seeking a qualified teacher of English who has experience delivering, marking and assessing all aspects of a KS3 & KS4 across the curriculum.
The role would ideally suit an individual who is keen to secure a role in an established department and to work as part of a successful teaching team to maintain and increase pupil attainment.
Candidate will be required to work in partnership with TA's and other members of the department to contribute to the overall success of the pupils
Candidates will be responsible for;
Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status/ QTLS or equivalent and have experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
The school will consider applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.
Candidates must be able to fully commit to the full time role which commences after October half term and runs up until Christmas.
Candidates will be required to hold an enhanced DBS disclosure and will be subject to safeguarding checks.
