Job Purpose

To Assist Claimants in actively pursuing a claim for personal injury by explaining the claims process and securing accurate statements from claimants and third parties.

Core Activities

  • Answer inbound from claimants who wish to enquire about claiming for a personal injury accident
  • Establish viability and validity of claim for compensation
  • Explain the claims process and relevant scheme; answer claimants’ questions
  • Take a detailed statement from the claimant
  • Ensure system updated appropriately
  • Contact third parties, e.g. insurance companies and police, to obtain further information and confirm viability and validity
  • Respond to queries from solicitors
  • Report regularly against targets
  • Respond to any inbound queries as appropriate
