Conveyancing Legal Secretary; Conveyancing Assistant

You are an experienced Legal Secretary or Assistant with specific Conveyancing expertise, excellent typing skills and attention to detail, ready for the challenge of joining the busy and already successful Residential Property department dealing with a full workload and meeting tight deadlines.
Applications are invited from experienced Legal Secretaries and Assistants with at least 2 years experience in Conveyancing, with strong organisation and communication skills. A legal secretarial qualification is desirable, in addition to excellent technical skills including typing and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting on a full caseload of Conveyancing matters for Residential Property fee-earners
- Preparation and filing of relevant Land Registry forms
- Copy typing of correspondence
- Telephone and administrative duties
- Arranging client appointments
- Case management system handling
- Teamwork with fee-earners and secretarial colleagues
