An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced PR Manager to support the PR team in the development and execution of exceptional and creative PR plans across all communication channels.

As a PR Manager you will be a central figure in generating creative ideas, wiriting, issuing news features, as well as being at the heart of actioning core proactive and reactive media relations, press releases, press trip identification and arrangements.

We will be looking at you to make sure that P&O Cruises not only maintains it's media coverage but also increases it.

As a market leader in the cruise industry, P&O Cruises operates ships all over the world. You’ll help us promote our growing brand to position it at the heart of british minds. As a business that is well established in the UK press, we want you to ensure we drive stand out PR to new and existing media audiences in print, online and broadcast.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to:

  • have strong media contacts
  • understand commercial priorities and fully integrated PR projects
  • be creative, and ideas driven
  • exercise good planning and budget skills
  • proactively develop/manage media events
  • produce strategic PR plans
  • Ideally have a travel/leisure background (airline, tour operator etc)
  • We are looking for a creative, ideas driven and strategic PR Manager with a love and understanding of cruising, shopping and showbiz!
