Our lovely client is based in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham and is a well-established and continually growing e-commerce business. With a turnover of well over £1 million, this small, but thriving family run business offers a great opportunity for someone wanting to really 'cut their teeth' in the world of e-commerce and digital marketing. Selling within the high-value/luxury market (across a variety of sites), this B2C client can offer the right candidate an element of flexibility (part-time/reduced hours considered), and total autonomy to really make a difference to the overall success of the business.

The Role

Initially this role will focus on the continual maintenance and running of existing PPC and paid social campaigns, as well as the creation and setup of new campaigns, across 9 different accounts. Customer acquisition is without a doubt a crucial part of this all-encompassing digital and e-commerce role.

As the Digital and Web Manager you'll be expected to understand the full customer journey from acquisition right through to conversion. That will include everything from PPC to email marketing, to SEO and social media, and everything in between. You'll guide and manage the team and keep them constantly updated and informed on website performance.

Other key accountabilities include:

·Content marketing (through blog, social and email)
·Manage and build third party sales (including eBay)
·Work with external PR agency to identify relevant opportunities
·Look at A/B testing and continual development across all sites

About You

The Digital and Web Manager will be naturally analytical and constantly looking at stats and figures to monitor how the website(s) are performing (Google Analytics knowledge is vital).

This varied and autonomous role would really suit someone who's looking to really make their mark in an e-commerce environment, and who has the drive and passion to want to see it grow and thrive. You'll be comfortable working within a small, family run team and will be naturally positive with a 'can-do' approach and a flexibility to new ideas.
