The Commercial Litigation team pride themselves on their expertise and clients regard them extremely highly. The team is going from strength to strength with experience in dealing with varied property matters. Due to the nature of the work coming in, the firm is looking to build upon this success by adding a specialist Property Litigator.
You will join the busy and already successful Litigation department dealing with lease renewal proceedings, interim rent applications, commercial rent and service charge recovery and disputes, proceedings for breaches of commercial lease covenants and other real estate litigation matters.
Applications are invited from ambitious Property Litigation Solicitors who have at least 3 years’ PQE managing a caseload of Property Litigation matters. Knowledge and experience of enfranchisement and lease extension proceedings, as well as transfers of equity are desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full caseload of property and real estate dispute matters
- Developing new business for the department
- Maintain and create new client relationships
- Supervising junior team members
- Assisting with marketing the department
