Nelson Chambers are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of our client.

Reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the department in an efficient, accurate and effective manner. To maintain close links with customers to ensure the smooth running of the accounts and encourage timely payment.

This would suit someone with 1-3 years experience, looking for their next challenge with a forward thinking, friendly organisation.

What You'll Need:

- A proven experience of working within a high-volume sales ledger environment
- Ability to obtain payment from customers with a firm and confident manner and maintain their continued business
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to communicate at different levels of the company
- A calm and confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

Details:

Monday-Friday (full time, 37.5 hours per week)
8.30AM-4PM (with half an hour for lunch)
