Nelson Chambers are currently looking for a new member for our client's small, friendly Accounts Team located near Battlesbridge.

You will be working for a growing company and will be offered training and development.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Sales ledger and Purchase Ledger - ensure invoices are raised/posted onto SAGE accurately and in a timely manner
* Credit control
* Reconciliation
* Process payment runs to suppliers/payroll
* Petty cash
* Banking of cheques and cash received
* Assist with VAT return
* Assist with monthly management accounts
* Check time sheets to ensure employees have correctly recorded their time as well as calculate overtime
* Check expenses and receipts to ensure accuracy and arrange pay run

Person Specification:

* Driver with own car
* Willing to learn and train
* Positive, can do attitude
* SAGE exp essential

Details:

Monday-Friday 8.30AM-5PM
Full time, permanent
Start date: ASAP ideal to do handover
