Customer Operations is always about working for our customers, solving their problems and exceeding their expectations in areas as diverse as Sales, Contact Centres, Projects, Field Operations and Debt Resolution.
What you’ll do
The aim of this scheme is to give you maximum exposure to every part of our customer operations. That means you’ll get to:
•Complete four six-month placements over 24 months
•Lead teams, manage projects and make decisions that have commercial consequences – essentially a fast-track to leadership
•Hone skills in Customer Operations, including performance delivery, influencing, negotiating, coaching and developing a growth mind-set
•Fast track your development as a leader of the future.
What we’re looking for
High levels of enthusiasm and empathy with personal credibility. You will thrive on delivering and exceeding for our customers. A flair for leadership, because you’ll be expected to become a first-rate manager – the sooner the better.
•You’ll be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject.
•Flexible about working in various locations across the UK.
•To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
