Under supervision of the Head of Legal, this role will be responsible for contribution to the provision of a comprehensive commercial legal service for the company. This includes, providing legal support and advice and/ or providing access to relevant legal advice to relevant stakeholders in the company. To also support legal aspects of enforcement of licensing rights against users who are in breach of their licence(s) or who are unlicensed.
Under the supervision of the Head of Legal, this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial legal services for the company. You will provide legal support and advice to stakeholders, support all legal aspects (relating to licensing agreements & rights) and provide all administrative support to the legal team. You will support a wide range of commercial issues.

Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (Law degree or GDL). You will have strong practical experience working in-house in a similar role- drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. You will require resilient commercial awareness, communication/ influencing/ negotiating and decision making skills.
