Are you an experienced 3rd Line I.T Support Technician seeking a new role within an expanding Salford based I.T Support company?

You will be an excellent communicator, as this role will require some visits to client sites along with mentoring more junior staff. A vast array of technical knowledge is needed, such as experience with Windows, Windows Servers and Office 365. You should also be a driver due to attending client sites.

    You have previous experience within a 2nd/3rd line support role, preferably with a MSPYou have strong communication skills, both verbally and writtenYou have a full driving licenseYou have an industry recognised qualificationYou have knowledge of network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP)You have knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and PowerShell
Technology Experience:

    Exchange Server – 2010, 2012 & 2013Windows – 7, 8, 8.1, 10Windows Server – 2008, 2012, 2016Office 365, AzureCisco switchers, routers and firewallsAble to configure and manage switches at layer 3+ level
Your Responsibilities Will Be:

·Senior role with accountability to effectively manage own customers

·Provide sound second and third line support to all customers

·Meet established SLAs to maintain excellent customer service

·Manage communication effectively to inform customers of system changes and/or outages

· Be an active participant in new projects, discussions, and initiatives

·To identify potential revenue opportunities and highlight them to the Management team

·To act as an ambassador for the Everything Tech brand always

·Make regular reports and recommendations to customers
