Marketing Executive- Digital
To support innovation and brand improvement in the digital and social space, including updating website content.
To utilise digital and email marketing activity to generate new business, and engage with B2B customers.
To support the development of marketing materials and assets for the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
You main responsibilities will be to deliver key acquisition and retention marketing activity/campaigns via email, social media and other digital platforms. You will utilise tracking and analytics tools (including but not limited to Google Analytics) to identify improvements to activity. To ensure that results from all digital activity can be monitored and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates. You will be required to support with the maintenance and improvement of the website. You will be involved in the creation of email marketing campaigns (including design of html templates and email marketing platforms)
You will develop an understanding of the customer base, utilising a variety of data sources. This will include: Analysing customer satisfaction survey results, use licensee data and newsletter response and open rates. You will be responsible for working with relevant stakeholders and the wider marketing team to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting development of marketing materials and assets for the campaigns.

Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years marketing experience in a similar role – ideally in a B2B environment. You will have a good understanding of Google Analytics and implementation of campaign tracking. You will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results through digital marketing activity. Candidates will have experience of working on SEO and PPC activity with experience of managing website CMS (Wordpress Engine) is desired but not essential. A Professional marketing qualification desirable, but not essential and experience in implementing social media marketing is also desired. You will be competent using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
