To support the development of marketing materials and assets for the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
To support customer research and creation of intelligent and useful insight to inform brand, customer service and marketing initiatives. You will also be required to utilise key touchpoints to deliver engaging messaging and content to prospects and customers.
You main responsibilities will be to deliver marketing and sales collateral to help generate new business enquiries and retain customers. You will be responsible to research, write and develop copy and content for customer communications, according to style and brand guidelines. This includes (but is not limited to) updating website content in line with marketing plans, communications to customers for research purposes and creating content for social media campaigns. You will be required to provide information and support to 3rd parties for development of marketing content, when required and support with coordinating logistics and attendance at relevant trade shows and exhibitions in order to raise the profile and awareness of the company
You role will also entail supporting with the design and delivery of any promotional marketing campaigns
You will develop an understanding of the customer base in order to improve results and messaging, utilising a variety of data sources. This will include: Analysing customer satisfaction survey results, Using licensee data and newsletter response and open rates and Social media and online views. You will be responsible for working with relevant stakeholders and the wider marketing team to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting with the delivery of marketing campaign across online and offline platforms

Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years marketing experience in a similar role – ideally in a B2B environment. You will have experience of creating marketing messaging and collateral – either for acquisition or retention purposes (ideally both). You will have experience of copywriting and/or content creation – ideally for a B2B audience and a proven track record of delivering measurable results through marketing campaigns. Candidates will ideally have a professional marketing qualification but not essential. You will be competent using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
