For an engaging work environment where the little things are celebrated along with the major milestones, you’ve come to the right place.Your responsibilities as a Meetings & Events Team Leader will include:- Assisting the floor supervisors in the delivery of service standards to the guests- Be responsible for teams of up to 10 members and assist in the running of functions- Be responsible for time keeping, equipment and team- Monitor budget and control expenses with food wastage plus beverage costs- To ensure that all functions are run smoothly and efficiently, to the highest possible profitability- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We are looking forThe ideal Meetings & Events Team Leader will:- Be organized, accurate and punctual to deliver a consistent high quality service- Promote teamwork and quality through daily communication- Be able to work flexible hours and shift patterns according to the business needs- Have excellent customer service skills and passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Be able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Ensure all events equipment relating to food & beverage are in proper operational condition and cleaned on a regular basis.
