Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our busy European Finance function based at our European Support Functions Office in Erdington, Birmingham.

About the role

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will supervise two administrators and is part of a team responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial status including payment record, relationships with suppliers and internal customers remains high.

Core areas of responsibility include:

    Processing invoicesRaising paymentsMonth end close as well as dealing with supplier queries, reconciliations and travel expense claimsAd hoc administration tasks as and when required.

About you

    To apply for this role you’ll possess a financial related qualification and experience gained from working in a similar roleYou must be a fluent French speaker with a good knowledge of English, (other European languages will be advantageous)Alongside this you’ll possess high levels of numeracy and literacy and be PC literate in Microsoft Word and ExcelFinally you’ll be highly organised, detail conscious and enjoy working as part of a team in a Finance environment
