This is an opportunity to join a local Shared Service Centre operating for a Global Japanese trading company. These positions are spread across several departments who predominately work creating, entering and checking account postings for several offices in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This is a fast paced, high volume process environment, working to strict key performance indicators which include a very high level of accuracy.

These roles include checking reports, data input using excel and SAP accounting software, creating invoices and downloading reports.

Excellent written and telephone communication skills are required as well as an exceptional eye for detail, organisational skills and a strong aptitude in numerical skills. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.

Education requirement is a minimum of GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
Advanced (preferable) or intermediate skills in MS office package

Hours of work are non-peak Monday to Friday 8am -4.30pm - peak (last working day and first four working days of the month) Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
