This award winning company continues to grow and they require additional resources to support them through their busy period.

They have several temporary roles designed to provide additional support with increased customer queries and continue to deliver excellent customer service.

The Role

The objective of the role is to deliver excellent customer service via their bespoke support system where they receive queries on a variety of subjects, all their queries come via written communication, they do not provide telephone support.

The Candidate requirements

- A passion for providing great customer service
- Excellent communication skills, because all of our queries are online, you need to possess good grammar skills
- The ability to type accurately at a reasonable pace
- Enthusiasm
- Team player

Whilst experience in a support centre environment would be desirable, it is not essential, the main attributes are listed above.
