About the organisation
Swan provides an all-encompassing and sustainable model of independent advocacy based on the belief that everyone has the right to be heard, have choice and control and to be safe from violence and abuse
Swan provides all types of statutory advocacy including IMCA, IMHA, Care Act, NHS and Social care Complaints as well as generic advocacy. We support people to self advocate by providing them with bespoke tools, training and support. We support people with dementia and memory loss to develop Living Well Plans and advocate for the support they need.
