Main Duties

- To identify new business opportunities/appointments for Regional Business Development Managers within a prospect database via telephone and direct marketing activity
- To ensure all prospect information is relevant and correct
- To produce quality leads for the company to achieve full year profit and sales targets
- To maintain accurate records of calls and leads generated
- Produce quality appointments to enable the BDM to sell into new name accounts
- To meet agreed KPI's and personal targets

The Person

The ideal Telemarketing Professional will hold the following skills and experiences.

- Good time keeper
- Able to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Outbound calls, expected to make 50-80 calls per day
- At least 2 years B2B telemarketing, cold calling experience preferably in Telecommunications, or Technology to senior level decision makers
- A friendly outgoing personality
- An exceptional polite telephone manner and good PC Skills
- Presentable and articulate and will be familiar with working to targets and thrive in an environment that rewards effort.

- Product Training will be provided, in return for your dedication and skills you will receive a basic salary of £22k pa plus a generous commission based on performance.
