This digital marketing experts within the legal sector is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to support the sales team with print, event, and online marketing campaigns.

Royal London Buildings, 42-46 Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 or another office in central Bristol should we ever move.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- 9.00am to 5.30pm (unless otherwise agreed).
- As part of the role you will be expected to occasionally travel to attend conferences/exhibitions. Sometimes this may involve out of hours travel and overnight stays. All travel/hotel expenses will be reimbursed.

Main Responsibilities

- Suggesting topics and drafting text for our own tips booklets.
- Managing print production and stock control of those booklets
- Uploading revised PDFs and making other minor edits to our website using a simple Content Management System (no technical knowledge required)
- Suggesting topics and drafting posts for the blog.
- Helping maintain our social media presence including managing the flow of information onto multiple Twitter accounts and multiple LinkedIn profiles
- Managing online advertising campaigns that we run from time to time on Google and LinkedIn.
- Event management of various tradeshows, conferences & exhibitions that we attend throughout the year.
- Planning and managing our annual client conference including email marketing, agenda planning, delegate liaison etc.
- Planning and writing (with input from others) two monthly newsletters. One to clients only and one to prospects & clients.
- Managing direct mail campaigns including regular campaigns, postcard mailings, drip campaigns and coffee letter campaigns.
- Managing various email marketing campaigns based around specific Event/calendar dates e.g. Christmas marketing ideas for clients.
- Maintain the annual marketing calendar.
- Drafting press releases as required.
- Taking responsibility for the accuracy of prospect data within SugarCRM (including projects designed to clean the data as necessary).
- Managing the creation of product marketing materials for our various services to allow the Account Management team to cross-sell more services.
- Managing the preparation of client case studies.

Events Management
- Managing the delegate list, marketing and promotion of one big event and a number of smaller events throughout the year
- Ensure we have the correct marketing materials when we travel to other suppliers events

Campaign ROI Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis
- Working with the sales team to ensure that leads & opportunities are followed up in a timely way.
- Maintaining reports (some automatic and other manual) designed to summarise the total level of marketing activity and analysis to help design successful plans for the future
- Updating the marketing budget report comparing planned v actual spend.
- Assisting the sales team in ensuring that all sales opportunities linked to the correct marketing campaign.
