This is an opportunity to join an established online Internet Marketing business with offices in the sought after Friargate area of Derby. They operate comparison websites in the legal and home moving sectors. They have had rapid growth over the past 4 years and are now market-leaders in their core industries.

Due to the growth and success of the business, they are looking to recruit an outgoing, organised and professional customer service advisor to their small but dedicated team.

This is a busy, exciting and varied outbound telesales/customer service role which includes the following responsibilities:

- Taking incoming calls from customers and partner businesses;
- Providing consistently excellent customer-service with a professional manner at all times;
- Managing and responding to online "ticket" requests from our partner businesses;
- Pro-actively calling customers who have used our service for feedback and to secure positive online reviews;
- Making pro-active debt management calls to collect payment for overdue invoices and re-activate accounts;
- Assisting their sales team on outbound Business to Business telemarketing sales campaigns
- Managing email/website enquiries;
- Conducting web-based market research projects including generating lists for sales and marketing purposes;
- Organising and cleansing data on the company's CRM system;
- Supporting Managing Director with administrative tasks;

The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.

- Proven track record in customer service / telephone sales;
- Experience or desire to make outbound calls is essential;
- Business to business (B2B) experience would also be advantageous;
- Excellent communicator with both colleagues and customers;
- A professional phone manner;
- An outgoing and positive attitude;
- Excellent organisation skills and consistency in a busy environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets;
- Strong motivation and desire to progress;
- Good administrative and IT skills;
- Team player.

You will work within a small but highly motivated team in a busy but fun environment. They are a small internet-based business so you will not simply be a "number" in a large organisation!

You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback, both informal and formal so you are constantly on track and understand what is expected of you.
