The Customer Experience and Marketing Department have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience and Marketing Officer to join the team at the Berkeley Green site. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a first class customer experience to all stakeholders. They will continually develop and improve the experience for customers, ultimately delivering a professional and high quality customer experience that meets expectations with a focus on quality information, advice and guidance.
Additionally, the post holder will work with the marketing team in achieving SGS College's marketing objectives with responsibility for implementing creative and practical ways of communication about the Berkeley Green site to a wide variety of user groups, both internally and externally.
