This is an opportunity to join a Dundee based software company focused on building best in class machine-to-machine solutions. The company's Lighthouse platform is a secure and highly scalable IoT solution focused on Asset security and recovery. In addition, the company also develops software for a range of customers focused on aggregating data from physical devices.

The role will be split between providing support on an ongoing basis and carrying out quality assurance testing as and when required.

Support Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for web and native smart phone based solutions.
- Professionally handle communication from customers over phone, email and web based fault ticketing system.
- Recreate reported bugs and carry out root cause analysis prior to escalating to bug ticketing system.
- Triage hardware related issues in order to describe them to the relevant team.
- Develop strong domain knowledge of all supported software.
- Where appropriate use diagnostics facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform device updates and configurations.

QA Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual user acceptance testing.
- Log issues and liaise with development team through release cycle.
- Develop and maintain a suite of automated tests.

Salary: £20,000 per annum.
Holidays:20 days (incrementing by a day a year) + 8 bank holidays + 1 birthday per year.
Pension: Employer contribution of 1%, rising to 3%, to be matched by Employee
Hours: 7.5hrs (excluding lunch), 5 days per week
