About the role

This is a role for someone who craves a challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against executive members’ challenging diaries. We are seeking an individual who can remain calm under pressure, is highly organised and has a strong ability to prioritise.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, confidential and high quality administrative support to the Managing Director and other colleagues. The post holder will manage incoming communication efficiently, establishing priorities and ensuring all correspondence and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and timely manner. The post holder will manage and maintain the Managing Director’s diary, organise and support senior meetings, prepare papers and take minutes.

About you

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.

You will be able to deal confidently and positively with all levels of staff and stakeholders and to establish successful partnerships.

You will also be able to identify priorities and work in an organised manner, using your skills to deliver to time and to standard. Experience of using the Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.

You need to be able to manage multiple, ever changing calendars and priorities

You will act as first point of contact for external and internal

You will coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, schedules, meeting rooms, facilities etc.

You will book flights on frequent base (global) and process expenses

You are able to prioritize and action all incoming post, e-mails and phone calls

You will need to manage ALL administrative tasks

You have the willingness and tenacity to take on special projects when needed

You will encourage and demonstrate a team approach

You are willing to go above and beyond – assisting other team members when needed
