The Company provides comprehensive operational support and a range of expert services to the world's leading insurers, brokers, fleet managers and automotive manufacturers. They are incredibly busy with clients and customers and need you to join their Motor Business Contact Centre in Whiteley, as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role

They are recruiting more people for their exciting contact centre and if you have a real passion for offering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment then this role is for you.

You could be answering calls from customers who have been involved in a car accident, or getting them mobile and into a courtesy car as well as liaising with many different stakeholders to ensure that the customer is back on the road as soon as possible.

You will be kept busy! There are guidelines in place that you will work within, so it's a great structure to keep you on track and deliver to their service standards.
