This leading and rapidly expanding architectural & interior design company, based in Dalston, East London is seeking a confident and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team of expert designers.

You Will Be:
A vibrant and creative individual. They are a bespoke studio service, catering to many high-end projects and clients. It is essential that you are able to be versatile with the workload handed to you as each day promises to be varied, exciting and different. They value the creative input of all of their team, no matter their role; you will be an integral part of their plans to expand their business.

Your Essential Skills:
- Experience of individual & multiple unit residential and/or commercial projects in an architectural or house-building environment.
- HND/C or Degree in a building related discipline OR demonstrate equivalent experience (e.g. Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Studies)
- A strong & proficient AutoCAD user with demonstrable experience of residential architecture
- Excellent working knowledge of UK current building regulations
- High proficiency in producing UK Building Regulation and Working Drawings
- Knowledge & experience of the UK planning proccess
- Understanding of the principles of good project management
- Thorough knowledge of the CDM Regulations
- Competent Microsoft Office Skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Innovative and creative with a flair for design
- Motivated and ambitious approach to adding value within a developing practice
- The ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and construction detailing
- Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication skills, essential when working with internal teams and external clients and consultants
- The ability to comfortably perform under pressure

Your Desirable Skills:
- Visualisation skills using CAD and freehand methods
- Knowledge of timber frame construction systems
- Client facing skills
- Knowledge of Passive House (Passivhaus)
