This company is a world leader in the manufacture and delivery of simulation and training solutions for Air Traffic Control operations and they are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to assist the Office Manager in office administration, basic accounting, personnel & reception functions in accordance with the objectives, policies and practices set by the company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception
Carry out reception duties to include answering the telephone and redirecting calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and couriers, ordering of office stationery. Set up meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and arranging catering requirements as requested. Keeping the reception & other office areas tidy.

Personnel
- Update the staff activity calendar with holiday and absence information, organise staff travel requirements and keep internal travel site up to date.
- Deputise for the Office Manager in her absence.

Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with MS Office tools in particular MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Education & Experience:
- Good general level of education
- Previous Front of House experience is essential; some H&S knowledge would also be beneficial
