This company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their successful, forward thinking and growing Telesales team.

Since their formation in 1991, this company has established itself as one of the UK's leading EPOS companies, providing a large portfolio of goods and services to both the Retail & Hospitality sectors. They offer customers specialised advice on choosing the correct EPOS system for their business from initial planning, sales & marketing advice and stock management techniques.

The role will involve handling both inbound and outbound phone calls to both current customers and prospective clients offering their products and services.

A basic salary plus commission will be offered to the right person with an opportunity to progress within their company to a sales management roll with extra benefits.

The successful candidate will report direct to our Telesales Manager who will provide full training and set achievable Sales Targets to enable you to get the very best results for both yourself and the company.

The initial position offered is for part time hours (minimum 16) however to high performing staff, a full time position will be offered. Hourly rates are negotiable depending on experience.

Their Requirements:
- Previous telesales experience preferred by not essential as full training will be given
- Basic MS office skills essential
- To clearly communicate with customers and work within the team
- Be motivated and have a determination to succeed
- Work towards achieving goals and targets with the aim to develop within the company
- A can-do attitude with ambition to grow personally and professionally
- Have a keen interest in what you are selling and being able to sell with confidence
- Committed to develop a strong knowledge of our products and services
- Be reliable and punctual
