The Role (twelve month fixed term contract)

The Regional Coordinator mirrors the role of Civil Engineers themselves in the creation of infrastructure. For where infrastructure is defined as "An underlying base or foundation especially for an organization or system", the Regional Coordinator is central to the successful delivery of the organisations activities in the region through effective daily administration and support for both volunteer members and the Regional Support Team.

Main duties will involve:

- Handling of enquiries as the first point of contact for the region
- Provision of management and coordination support for the Regional Support Team
- Administrative support to regional Membership activity
- Provision of Meetings and Events administration
- Provision of financial administrative support for the Region
- Membership database management
- Other administrative duties will be involved as standard.

What are they looking for?

Applicants must have experience of a similar position with excellent customer service and support skills. You must have good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office applications and databases. The successful candidate will also have good written and excellent oral communication skills, a good team ethic is also essential.
