This Managed IT and Cyber-security provider is looking for a part-time Client Success/Account Mgr to join their small team. In this role you'll be working directly with the company founder to cater for their current clients - giving monthly updates, quarterly meetings, sending reports, quoting, and project management. You will also be dealing with any client issues (non-technical), while keeping them and yourself smiling. Superstar!

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients. Helping give an excellent first impression.

You will also assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database, along with client records.

This position offers a solid base salary plus excellent commission. OTE £40k+. The base salary £21,000-£28000 pro rota plus uncapped commission.

You will be based at their office in Bedford. Hours are part-time (20hrs) Mon-Thur 9.00-2.30, flexibility possible. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:
