Online Marketing Manager
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ an Online Marketing Manager, based in London.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The role holder will focus on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level. The role holer will sit within the Integrated Marketing Communications team focussing on Digital initiatives. They are responsible for developing and executing customer-focused Digital and Social Media strategies and activities to deliver the objectives and ambitions of the CMB / GBM Marketing strategy and plan, in turn driving revenue targets. They will also implement Digital and Social Media activities aligned to the brand and CMB & GBM objectives. The role holder will ensure that Marketing responds proactively and appropriately to the challenges set by the two business lines, within the context of existing and prospective customer needs. The role holder must be fully aware of the opportunities and constraints presented by the economic environment and regulation, the market, technology and our competitors. They are also responsoble for running and maintaining a global digital enhancement programme focussed on improving the online experience across our public websites. They will project manage digitally-led marketing initiatives, leading the on-time and on-budget delivery and run and own the CMB & GBM public website measurement and optimisation framework utilising available tools such as Sitecore; Adobe Analytics and Adobe Test & Target. The role holder will utilise available customer insight to personalise and tailor the customer experience across the online marketing communications mix e.g. public websites and owned social media channels.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:
- An understanding of the role of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and content within the overall marketing mix.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools including performance Familiarity with current global macro-economic trends and broad knowledge of b2b financial services.
- Proven track record of implementing/influencing campaigns/assets and bringing new digital solutions/innovations to market
- Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends and how they drive digital strategy.
