Salary Range: £16,278 pro rata per annum
Contract Type: Permanent and Part-time
Hours: 29 hours per week (Afternoon/Evenings)

SGS College's Customer Experience Department have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Officer to join the team. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a first class customer experience to all stakeholders and provide accurate high quality advice and guidance either in person, by phone, post or electronically. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the area of advice and admissions and be experienced in working in a busy customer focused organisation.
