This 24/7 emergency plumbing and drainage company requires office based staff to support their planned growth. In order to keep their plumbing & drainage engineers working, they need a dedicated office based professional to work within their Loughton office.

Job Title; Finance Manager

Hours; Monday to Friday - 08.30 to 17.30

- Answer incoming calls
- Credit control
- Report to directors twice weekly with updates
- Liaise with legal department for overdue accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
- Answer all emails or pass to relevant member of staff
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Other reasonable duties as and when required
- Liaising with external Accountant, Asset Finance Companies, Insurance Company
- Daily invoicing

Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and creative
- Knowledge of sage accounts
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Stable career history
- Good telephone manner
- Able to act professionally at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent references

Additional works required.
One weekend per month you will be required to work doing OOH calls, you will then be entitled to two days of in lieu.
This will entail taking the office mobile and laptop home and answering to any out of hour's calls and dispatching any emergency jobs to the engineer on call and updating the database as and when they come in. This is classed as overtime and extra will be paid for taking the calls home.
