As Assistant General Manager you will use your natural ability to lead the team & manage team performance to achieve targets whilst continually delivering high levels of customer focus & service.

With a growth target of 24% for 2017. This already successful company is very much on-track to carve itself a larger slice of the pie! Responsibilities:
- Promote teamwork with-in all departments
- Motivating & drive sales, while Promoting a high-performance sales culture
- Day to day management of multiple departments
- Deal with challenging customers that require a higher management decision, ensuring the customer is dealt with efficiently, delicately whilst ensuring a positive outcome for the business
- Ensure & manage all training & coaching for new staff members
- Liaise with vendors to ensure high grade of service
- Review & action daily system reports

Essentials Skills & Experience:
- Flexible demeanour & very approachable
- Strong sales & customer service skills
- Understanding of Finance arena
- Understanding of stock control
- Excellent time management - Especially with delegated tasks & projects
- Technically minded & able to relate to mechanics of our products
- Excellent using Spreadsheets, Formulas & CSV files
- In-House computer systems - (SAP Business 1 would be a benefit)
