This is an opportunity to join a fast growing data and technology business supporting clinical trials around the world. It is a big company with a small company feel. This is a supportive, driven and fun place to work. Its services help change the lives of millions of people every day and as a result it has seen incredible business growth over recent years.

They are looking for a new addition to their Pricing team. The pricing team support the creation of business proposals for their clients. Ultimately they help to price their products in a way that is both attractive to the client and profitable for the business.

In this role you would help build a budget for the client project, utilising your superb XL skills. So you'd need to be very, very good with Excel, including Vlookups, pivot tables, linking of sheets and the like. In fact, you are probably the person people come to with excel problems in your current office. Sound familiar?

You would be working globally and across our multiple product lines. Sometimes the job will be straightforward and a simple pricing proposal will result. On other occasions you will have to tweak the budget, analyse where logical savings can be made or where it can be made more attractive to the client. You will therefore need a logical and business focussed approach that balances their needs with that of the client. In a normal day you might handle anywhere from 1 to 10 different budget/pricing tasks, depending on volume, complexity and your familiarity with the business area.

This is a fun but busy job, working with likeminded professionals and with products and services that enhance the life of those with long term medical conditions. It is a self starter role as the job is managed from the US with support in the UK from proposals and business development on a daily basis.

So, if you are budget minded, Excel savvy and have an interest in product proposals and pricing then why not drop us a line. You may be in a financial role, a pricing role or a job that is all about Excel modelling. Either way, they are ready to train up someone who already has good commercial experience in some, or all of these areas and wants to work for a company who makes a difference to people's lives.
