ASSOCIATE ASSESSORS/TRAINERS REQUIRED
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Achieve through Learning are an independent work based learning provider and are part of the Leeds College of Building Group. Our Head Office is based in Rotherham and we deliver all our apprenticeship programmes in the work place across the Yorkshire, North East, North West, Humberside, North Lincolnshire and East Midland regions.
We are expanding our portfolio of Apprenticeship Framework & Standards and levels we offer to employers and are looking to recruit experienced Associate Assessors/Trainers to deliver them across the regions we work in.
You will have experience in delivering apprenticeships in one or more of the following sectors along with knowledge of OFSTED and awarding body requirements :-
- Team Leading Level 2 & 3
- Management Level 3, 4 & 5
- Business Improvement Techniques Level 2, 3 & 4
You should also hold some of the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Teaching qualification PCGE
- Level 3 CTLS or Level 4 PTLS
- A1 Assessor Award
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Advice & Guidance
- GCSE or Functional Skills up to level 2
Responsibilities include visiting learners and supporting them in the workplace, assessing skills as part of their qualification, preparing and reviewing assessment plans and ensuring the efficient operation of the assessment process.
