We are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist to continue to develop the emotional wellbeing services on offer to young people in our progressive school.

Applicants must be qualified Clinical Psychologists or Psychotherapists and be registered and/or accredited by the appropriate professional body (ACP,BPS, UKCP, BACP, and HCPC).

They must be experienced in assessing, formulating and intervening therapeutically with young people and their families, providing evidence based interventions as and when appropriate. They will be experienced in providing both one to one and group based interventions with young people and their families. They will provide specialist advice, consultation and training to school staff and be confident liaising with professionals from health and social care. They will be expected to manage their own case load, work autonomously and within professional guidelines. They must be able to fully demonstrate the effectiveness of their interventions through the rigorous evaluation of the therapeutic service they offer. They will be responsible for the strategic planning and ongoing development of their service.
