They are looking for new recruits to join their busy and expanding Insurance Finance team in Retford. Ideal candidates would possess strong numeracy and literacy skills, IT knowledge and be a good verbal communicator who is comfortable speaking on the telephone.

The successful candidates would initially learn and undertake Insurer reconciliation tasks, reconciling insurer statements to their systems and the setting up and renewal of finance agreements as well as other finance administration tasks. Ongoing development would be managed through in-house training and mentoring from colleagues as well as the potential to sit professional qualifications relevant to the role, with a view to individuals becoming insurance finance specialists.

This role would suit someone looking for their first job / returning to work and who is looking for a position in a secure, expanding business.
