This is an opportunity to join a young, dynamic business supplying office equipment across the UK. They are ambitious, growing very quickly and looking for their next team member, an experienced Administration Assistant to work across all operational areas of the business. You will be responsible for key operational parts of their business, including:

- Order processing
- Sales administration and support
- Raising purchase orders
- Responding to customer queries
- Creation of sales and purchase orders / invoices.
- Account reconciliation or purchase and sales ledger.
- Credit control, managing payments and reconciliation
- Scanning and archiving of financial documents.
- Producing management and financial reports monthly and as required by management.
- Manage invoice and contract queries from Finance

Requirements

This is a varied role and challenging role requiring someone with great attention to detail, high level communication skills and substantial experience in account administration. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in accounts administration, minimum 2 years, ideally more than five years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle a varied and complex workload
- Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to effectively and accurately communicate information, in both verbal and written form
- Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting all deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience of working with Xero an advantage
