This is an opportunity to join a young, dynamic business supplying office equipment across the UK. They are ambitious, growing very quickly and looking for their next team member, an experienced Administration Assistant to work across all operational areas of the business. You will be responsible for key operational parts of their business, including:

- Order processing
- Sales administration and support
- Raising purchase orders
- Responding to customer queries
- Booking goods into the business
- Managing stock
- Despatching essential supplies to customers

This is a varied role and challenging role requiring someone with great attention to detail, high level communication skills and a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in business administration, minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle a varied and complex workload
- Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to effectively and accurately communicate information, in both verbal and written form
- Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting all deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
