Account Director / B2B Sales Account Director - Global Media Group

An Account Director / B2B Sales Account Director is needed to take up a pivotal role within a leading global media group. Working with key accounts you will be expected to maximise the sale of marketing solutions for business technology vendors and their advertising / media agencies across UK and EMEA.

This is a unique opportunity for an Account Director / B2B Sales Account Director to join a fantastic culture of customer service and innovation within a lively B2B Sales team.

Joining as the Account Director / B2B Sales Account Director expect to propose solutions that will encompass cross-platform advertising, research, custom / branded content, lead generation and mobile advertising solutions. Situated right at the forefront of the business, you will take up an exciting and varied role that involves developing & pitching marketing solutions to clients, account management, building a sales pipeline across a portfolio of B2B brands, developing sales plans and revenue forecasts, building partnerships plus much more.

To qualify. You should be a Sales Account Director / B2B Sales Account Director / AD / Media Sales Director / Senior Account Manager / SAM / Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Success in a similar B2B sales role;
  • Working knowledge of Lead Generation Solutions for Technology clients (or similar);
  • Sales / Marketing training (DIPADA, AIDA or equivalent);
  • Experience with CRM systems / Salesforce and pipeline management;
  • An understanding of strong team working dynamic and the ability to work effectively as part of that team;
  • The ability to be creative and adaptable in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment;
  • Great communication skills – externally and internally, upwards and downwards;
  • Strong attention to detail in proposals, rate calculations and forecasting.
