This creative marketing services agency based in Marlow is looking to recruit a Marketing Automation & Digital Project Manager.

Responsible for leading the outsourcing of client's marketing automation activity, owning PPC and leading digital projects.

Overall objectives:
- Being able to consult and implement strategies across our clients' Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Hubspot or Marketo
- Lead PPC activity, implementing the right strategy across Adwords and social, including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Lead by example. Advising the development team, with the ability to 'talk their language' and to problem solve during a project build phase
- To ensure high levels of satisfaction with external and internal stakeholders, where feedback drives continual refinement of service delivery

Key responsibilities:
- Be hands on with consultancy across our clients Marketing Automation platform. The job will require you to implement the agreed approach on Hubspot and Marketo and regularly review and optimise performance
- Own PPC activity for our clients, defining the correct set of tactics for the right network. Proven ability across Adwords, both search and display, and social networks is a requirement
- To collaborate across all departments, ensuring highly efficient working practices that return high profitability on each job, ensuring briefs and requirements are clear, that timescales are kept and that the result is thoroughly tested against defined 'success' criteria
- To explore and promote the upsell opportunities with each job, advising departmental colleagues and other internal stakeholders when opportunities arise
- To influence and carry through the digital strategy for all key accounts
- Develop strong working relationships with key clients, ensuring that accounts are well serviced and retained inline with the strategic objectives
- To promote and sell in Revere at every opportunity, ensuring that no opportunity is wasted in portraying the virtues and USPs of the agency
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures for the team that will result in effective project delivery
- Effectively manage and enhance each medium of communication that will best reach the opportunities needed to hit the defined, strategic goals
