About The Company
They provide leading names in retail and hospitality sector with award winning IT services and software solutions. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Executive to support existing customer and supplier accounts, as well as new business opportunities.

What will they ask you to do?

You will be providing commercial guidance and direction to the business development team and operational managers, whilst assisting with the contract drafting and negotiations process. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of commercial and contractual relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partnerships.

Proactively managing details and complex Excel based invoice schedules, you will coordinate the invoice process with their Finance team, and provide them with ad hoc forecasting support.

Where will you be working?

Their Commercial Management team is based in their Nottingham head office, but you will occasionally travel to their other offices or customer and supplier offices.

- High level of attention to detail and a determination to fully understand and resolve issues.
- Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills along with an ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Experience of using commercial software packages e.g. DocuSign and Salesforce.
- Ability to analyse financial data and produce forecasts.
- Experience in a software solutions or technology business, or of working successfully across a range of different sectors.
- Ability to engage with business leaders across a broad business spectrum.
- Skilled at influencing and establishing great working relationships.
